Review and approve deliverables within the agreed timeline.
Make payments according to the agreed schedule.

Delays caused by missing information or approvals may affect project timelines.

4. Payments

Payment terms will be outlined in the project proposal or invoice.

Unless otherwise agreed:

Payments must be made according to the agreed milestones.
Late payments may result in project delays or suspension.
All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced unless stated otherwise in writing.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables will be transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed.

Ironix Hub reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless restricted by a written agreement.

6. Revisions

Each project includes the number of revisions specified in the proposal.

Additional revisions or requests beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

7. Third-Party Services

Our services may involve third-party platforms, including but not limited to:

Google
Meta
WordPress
Hosting providers
Domain registrars

Ironix Hub is not responsible for service interruptions, policy changes, or issues caused by third-party platforms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ironix Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

While we strive to deliver the best possible results, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, sales, or business outcomes.

9. Confidentiality

Both Ironix Hub and the client agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties without prior consent, except where required by law.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a project by providing written notice.

The client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of termination.

11. Changes to These Terms

Ironix Hub reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page with the revised “Last Updated” date.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
